Come Fly a Kite!

3 Comments Fit Kids, Healthy Events, Tampa

Fit Kids Playground is proud to help support the Children’s Cancer Center and all that they do for local Tampa Bay area families that have been struck by cancer. We are showing our support tonight and will by downtown at the Rock the Park concert at Curtis Hixon Park flying kites and having fun! The first 500 people will receive a kite to fly thanks to Sweetbay Supermarket.

Sweetbay Supermarket is also presenting a donation of $50,000 to the Children’s Cancer Center.

Cancer is something I wish no family had to ever be touched by. Father, mother, son, daughter, grandmother…it doesn’t matter who it touches, it will touch the entire family in some way. Come fly kites with us tonight and let’s all tell cancer to go fly a kite!

In honor of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

For more information visit the Children’s Cancer Center.
