I have two children, one boy and one girl. Both were very hard to get to eat vegetables because they didn’t like to eat anything green or that had a crunchy texture. With our oldest, I started to mix broccoli bits into her mac-n-cheese. As she grew, so did the broccoli bits. Now, she absolutely loves and looks forward to eating raw broccoli with ranch. With our son, eating green was a no go. However, carrot and cauliflower bits is yummy with scrambled eggs. He also likes to eat raw zucchini and squash bits with Catalina dressing.

My girls (ages 4 and 3) love baby spinach. We got them to try it by telling them they could “wrap” their carrot sticks and chicken nuggests in it.

My three year old is a healthy eating machine. I joke that she has eaten more veggies in her three years of life than I have in my 30! Her favorite is probably “trees” (broccoli) We call them tress and pretend we are big monsters eating the trees.

My daughter’s favorite healthy food is probably mushrooms. She just decided to try them on her own! I thought I already left an answer, but didn’t see it show up so I’m commenting again.
